Our Brethren and Families.
As I’m sure you are well aware, there are mounting concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus. The virus poses the highest risk to people over 60 and those with underlying conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, compromised immunity, and cancer.
Your officers have been keeping up with this pandemic, and have been discussing how we as a lodge would address currently scheduled Masonic events and the safety of our Brethren and their families.
We feel that to prevent the spread of any contagions between our members, the prudent remedy is to suspend all lodge gatherings until further assessments can be made. Until further announcement, this is our official notice of the cancelation of all Blue Lodge events at Crow Canyon 551 for the month of March and April.
A small team of your officers will continue to work behind the scenes in conducting the required duties as spelled out by Grand Lodge. By the end of April, I will send out a confirmation of our continuing suspension of meetings or announce our projected return to a new 2020 calendar.
I pray each of our members and families remain healthy and safe as we weather this contagion.
Below you'll find links to local resources where you may also keep up with the latest announcements concerning the COVID-19 virus and our communities.
