Job’s Daughters Bethel No. 1, Dublin
Bethel One ended the year attending Ashleigh’s Lily of the Valley Award on December 27th. Ashleigh joined Bethel One when she was 10 years old, later her family moved to Sacramento so she joined Bethel No. 291. She is a PHQ of both Bethels & was a Grand Bethel Officer in 2023.
This award is presented to young women between the ages of 18 and 24 who have shown outstanding dedication to both their Bethels and Job’s Daughters by continuous, meritorious service for the order. Congratulations Ashleigh!
January started with the Bethel helping the Castro Valley DeMolay take down the Christmas decorations at the Masonic Home. It’s always nice to visit the residents at the Masonic Home. The Bethel has planned a Majority Ceremony for their members who have turned 20. This is a milestone for these young ladies since many started as JD to Bees and grew up in Job’s Daughters.
Installation of Bethel Officers is January 10th 2 PM at the Castro Masonic Center. Please join us for a Winter Wonderland.
As we look forward to a New Year the Bethel Daughters are excited for the Dublin St. Patrick’s Day week-end and will start planning our annual Spaghetti Feed and Silent Auction on April 24th. We appreciate your support.
Members are 10 to 20 years old with the opportunity for younger girls to join our Bee Hive and become JD to Bees. If you would like more information on attending our activities or joining our Bethel please contact us at our Bethel email: Bethel1@cajdi.org.
