As we begin 2024, my first duty as Senior Warden is to check on the progress of all of our candidates as they are working with their coaches in order to pass their proficiencies and advance to the next degree. I would recommend that each candidate coach not only work with their candidates, but also see that the new masons attend the degrees that they have already received. Also, invite them to attend the practices for these degrees.
In addition to degrees, encourage candidates to attend as many social events as possible. Remember, we do need some socializing in our lives.
