The month of June will be quite active for the Jobs Daughters and the Rainbow Girls. Bethel 1 will be holding their Installation of Officers on Saturday, June 7th at 2:00 PM in our building. After bringing in three new members (including Aaron Johnson's daughter Lacy), I am hopeful that Bethel 1 is now starting to see an increase in membership. Brethren, if we can just make some time to attend this installation and other events of Bethel 1 Jobs Daughters, our attendance will certainly give these daughters a very strong boost in membership.
I also want to report that Unity Assembly 65, Rainbow for Girls has two events for June. The first is the Rainbow meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3rd at CVMC. This meeting is going to be formal due to a Grand Assembly Officer paying Unity 65 a visit. The second is Unity 65's installation of officers on Tuesday, June 17th at 7:00 PM. Both of these events are formal and the ladies are welcome.
Castro Valley Chapter, Order of DeMolay will be meeting in our building at 7:30 PM on Monday, June 2nd and Monday, June 16th.
Remember, the youth are the future members of our adult groups. We would really love to have these young people ask us for applications when the time comes.
Finally, please mark your calendars for the Feast of Saint John that Crow Canyon Lodge will be holding at 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 21st. The dress is a tuxedo or dark suit. This is a stag event. If you plan to attend, please RSVP Perry Klahr (925-699-1786) or Brian Ross (510-331-6935).
Enjoy the summer everyone. I will see you in the lodge.
