Self-Care During Isolation



Shriner's International recently sent out an email that included the following self-care message and links which could be helpful to any of us while sheltering-in place.


Taking care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being should always be a priority, and is especially important during these uncertain and stressful times. We have compiled a list of self-care resources for your reference.

Exercising: Exercise is essential for your physical and mental health during isolation. While walking, running and biking are great ways to get fresh air and exercise, please adhere to your local regulations and don't visit any area that is closed.
